How long will it take to receive my shipment?
Most orders are shipped the same business day that you place your order. (NOTE: stock availability can be confirmed by logging directly into your account. If an item is not in stock for immediate shipment, feel free to view the"Work in Process" screens in our inventory section to find out when our next shipment will be arriving).


Are shipping charges included in the price?
No. Orders are charged based on size, weight, and shipping method used.

Do you provide the option to drop-ship directly to our customers?
Yes, we can drop-ship directly to your customers for a fee of $3 per order. Please ensure that the customer address is correct before finalizing the order. If the order incurs any of UPS's "Incorrect Address" fees ($5 for Ground shipments and $10 for Air), you will be responsible for those incurred fees. For your benefit, please confirm your customer's address on Google, or with an address verification website such as Melissadata.com.
