CARDI International will accept returns within 5 days of purchase as long as the item is not worn or altered for refund or exchange.
Shipping charges are not refundable.

Number"

Enclose the Return
Form along with the merchandise and
copy of the original packing slip in a secure package.
- Return through any insured shipper and send to the

- Return postage is not paid, customer is responsible for
postage.
- Please allow 30 days for us to receive your return
