Absolutely, we do incorporate SSL (Secured Socket Layer) Technology. This encrypts your information and prevents others from being able to see your information.
Will I receive a receipt after placing my order?
Certainly, after filling out your online order, you will receive a detailed invoice receipt that you may either save or print out for your own records. You will also automatically receive an email confirmation with your order details.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You will notice an "Order Tracking" button on our website's navigation menu. This will allow you to track the status of your order online. In order to use the "Order Tracking" feature, you will need to login to your account. Once you login, you will have the ability to look up your UPS tracking numbers. You can also review all past and pending orders.
What about sales tax?
Since we are a wholsale company, there will be no sales tax on orders placed with us.

I have a credit card from another country. Can I use it to place an order even though it does not have a United States billing address?
No. For all orders, we implement "Address Verification" which confirms customers' billing addresses. Our system will only verify United States billing addresses.
